특정 주인 또는 소유자가 없는 케이스에 대해서

There is, There are 로 표현하는 게 자연스럽다

 

부모님 집에 TV가 2개 있어요. 
My parents have 2 televisions. (at their place)

 

 

그 가게는 테이블이 아주 많아. 
(자연스러운 표현)
The restaurant has a lot of tables. 
They have a lot of tables.
